The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is not only a museum but a space with classes, music, and more. It is a museum that works to have visual splendor in it’s many room with a picturesque courtyard in the center of it all. The museum was designed to be a work of art in totality it was built to evoke a 15th-century Venetian palace.

Isabella Gardner herself worked to curate many of the unique items that are in the museum including The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Each piece is a part of works that are among the most significant of their type. She collected and carefully displayed a collection comprised of more than 2,500 objects—paintings, sculpture, furniture, textiles, drawings, silver, ceramics, illuminated manuscripts, rare books, photographs and letters—from ancient Rome, Medieval Europe, Renaissance Italy, Asia, the Islamic world and 19th-century France and America. A true collection of the arts spanning throughout the world and a history of civilization.

It is a truly unique space with much to offer so it is definitely some to check out.
