Parsnip: Opening October, 2015, this Harvard Square restaurant will be your new go-to. Parsnip will serve “locally-sourced ingredients with classic technique,” courtesy of executive chef Peter Quinion (a French-trained chef from the UK) and chef de cuisine Ryan Marcoux (Boston Chops alum). 91 Winthrop St., Cambridge (Harvard Square)

Tiger Mama

Tiger Mama: This Southeast-Asian inspired culinary adventure is brought to you by Tiffani Faison (of Top Chef fame), who is also owner of Boston staple Sweet Cheeks. The menu will focus on fresh ingredients that are a spin on Southeast Asian basics, like pad Thai. Tiger Mama will have two bars, one of which is a full blown Tiki bar! 1363 Boylston St., Fenway


Coppersmith: This Boston gem has it all – food trucks, coffeehouse, a bar on the roof and best of all, delicious, classic dishes. Coppersmith is a foodie playground, boasting something for everyone.
